Fort Mill, SC; July 8, 2025 - Continental is thrilled to announce the launch of its new campaign, My First Car, My First Tires, a heartfelt initiative that invites everyone to relive and share the unforgettable memories of their very first car.

Buying your first car is a major milestone, whether it’s the result of hard work, a generous gift, or a long-awaited dream come true. These cars carry stories of friendship, freedom, and sometimes a few roadside repairs. Through this campaign, Continental aims to celebrate those moments while also educating new drivers on what truly matters when purchasing a vehicle, especially the importance of choosing the right tires.

“Tires are often overlooked, but they’re one of the most critical components of a car,” said Brian Beierwaltes, Head of Marketing US PLT, Continental Tire. “This campaign is about bringing back those special memories while also helping first-time buyers make smart, informed decisions.”

To amplify the message, Continental has partnered with a diverse group of influencers who are sharing their own first car stories and tire tips through videos and social media content. The campaign also includes a monthly contest where participants can submit their own first car stories for a chance to win a new set of Continental tires.

The Straight Pipes:“We’ve been reviewing cars for nearly a decade, but nothing compares to the stories behind our first cars. From a hand-me-down Ford Escort to a Mustang GT with a hood that flew off mid-drive—those early experiences were unforgettable.
